Three of our projects were shortlisted for the Iranian biennial exhibition BASTEHA*. The attention of the international judges was awarded to the works in the categories of «Consumer goods» and «Mass Market Products».

1. THE FIRST OF THE PRESENTED PROJECTS IN THE CATEGORY «CONSUMER GOODS. FOOD» — PACKAGING FOR A NEW LINE OF FROZEN FOODS FROM JOHN DORY
While working on the John Dory package design, we depicted easy-to-read illustrations of seafood on a background of soft sand from the seabed, and we emphasized the main competitive advantages of the products by placing them on the front of the package.
The product window was also provided so that the consumer could see and evaluate the contents of the closed package. The color palette is based on shades of blue and scarlet, close to bright orange. The selected fonts are concise and easy to read.
2. THE SECOND PROJECT IN THE CATEGORY «CONSUMER GOODS. BEVERAGES» — LOGO REDESIGN AND PACKAGING FOR BIRTEA TEA
The creative agency was tasked with redesigning the packaging of Birtea tea in a minimalistic but refined style.
We laid bright references to the architecture of Morocco into the basis of the packaging design idea. Sophistication was conveyed by using the rectangular shape of the logo and the thinness of the lines.
The color palette evokes associations with friendliness, exclusivity and refers to the Moroccan culture and stained glass.
3. THE THIRD PROJECT IN THE CATEGORY “MASS MARKET GOODS. BODY, HEALTH AND BEAUTY» — PACKAGING FOR THE MASSTIGE «PURE BALANCE» LINE OF COSMETICS
While working on the packaging for the «PURE BALANCE» line by Masstige, we tried to reflect the properties of the cosmetics in the best possible way. With abstract geometric lines and bright color accents, we have reflected the graphics that appear at every contact between skin and cosmetics. The font is concise and easy to read, which facilitates the visual image of the packaging.
The BASTEHA Biennale is an independent exhibition of packaging design projects. Design agencies and studios, freelancers, brand owners can take part in it. The jury consists of world-renowned professionals in the field of design, marketing and branding from India, Britain, Iran, the Netherlands, Oman, Italy and Thailand.
